Radio doesn't work in 94 dodge intrepid after hitting E Brake?

Okay, I was testing out my E Brake a little and I noticed that it cut off my radio when i released it but then it would turn right back on, but I didn't really think anything of it. Then another day about a week ago, I pushed my e brake to the floor and then released at and boom, my radio is out completely, along with my power locks and interior lights. Naturally, I checked the fuses. I checked every single fuse in there and no fuse was blown so I was confused, I checked the fuse on the back of my deck and it was fine. I took a probe to the the wiring harness and my radio with the ground and I saw that there was still power coming to the radio. When I look down there to check if it was rubbing I noticed that the brake does rub against a pack of wires, it rubbed into a couple but did not cut through them. It must rub pretty hard because the tape that was covering the wires in that spot is just gone. So, I have no radio and I have absolutely no idea why. If anyone could help me with this that would be amazing!!!!
