Racially Skewed Tests----HELP!?

In reading about the New Haven, Connecticut firefighters who are taking their case of reverse discrimation to the Supreme Court, I read that the test that they took was specifically designed so as not to be racially discriminate.

Can someone please give me an example of what kind of a question would be on a test that is racially discrimate?
