I filed a lawsuit with a large food chain restaurant that I worked for almost 3 years with the EEOC for racial discrimination. I have agreed for a mediation with the EEOC for it, I know I have a very strong case with strong evidence. I don't know how much it costs a company to go to court but If I don't like what they offer me I will take them to court. My question is what can I expect from this mediation? and what should I try to settle for? I ended quiting my job after I filled the charges, I couldn't work they're anymore.
