R6 vs M3 lite

From modchipstore I ordered an m3 lite simply, and it wont ship till the 5th. Now I see that they have an R4 lite simply, which looks the same, which ships today, for the same price. Any difference?
 
I don't know much about the R4, but after doing research I ordered the SuperCard Lite and I love it so far. It has great DS support, real time saving, etc. GBA support isn't as great as others if that's what you're into though.

I got it from http://www.realhotstuff.com/ they may have the M3 in stock. I ordered it on a Friday night and it came on Monday
