R560 Messager stuck on boot screen ..

I have an R560 Messager (messenger) II phone that suddenly just started freezing on boot up.. The R560 white line goes to the right, and then it just sits there.. ??

any ideas ? I've checked for liquid damage, and it looks fine. (and the indicators are clean).

Can I re-load the OS on it ??

Tried it... no go :(

put the phone in emergency mode, and loaded the software, which showed the progress bar on the phone, as well as on the PC. but when it restarted.. Same thing..
