Quote From the TV Show Home Improvement between Wilson and Jill?

The episode is where Tim gets an Honorary PHD while Jill is working hard for her own education. Her parents send flowers, and Al sends fake mail on the show saying how he should be getting the PHD. The presenter of the PHD gets shocked by the mic. Jill and Wilson have a chat over the fence and at one point he quotes someone saying (along the lines of this) "there are two types of people in the world" ...." I would rather be in the latter group, it's less competitive" I cannot remember how its worded, but he says it perfect! The moral of the quote is along the lines of there are those of us who create/work for something great and then there are others who copy and follow.

If someone knows what quote it is I would be forever grateful if they could share it!
