Quitting Smoking due to financial difficulty. Please Any Advice?

Hi, I have been a smoker since I was 12. Now it has become so expensive that it is no longer a possibility. I purchased a nicotene replacement online but that will take 5 to 7 days to get here and I am broke and out of cigs now.

Please can you offer advice on how to get through the next week?
I follow all serious advice and am grateful for it.
