hi guys , i'm a moderate tobacco smoker , , 1 week ago , i had a very bad car accident ( the car flipped over ) , then i had to go for a surgery in my left arm for Tinkering and i had 3 broken bones in the same arm , now i have to stay at home for 3 more weeks , . i didn't smoke since the day i did the accident till now because i shouldn't ( bec. of the surgery ) and also bec. smoking is blocked in our house . so , i think its a good chance to quit smoking , but actually i'm feeling very bad inside after the accident and the surgery , and i really miss nicotine and holding the cigarette and smoking , i'm afraid that after the month is over , i go back for the old habit because i feel that i really fell in love with smoking , not only about the nicotine addiction, so , would you give me any advice please ?
