quick - treo 750 or att 8525?

Which one do you guys prefer? My main thing is WIFI and having a qwerty keyboard, which both have...well the 750 can use the minisd wifi card. I want windows mobile, which they both have and they have touchscreen...but what about reliability? which one functions better in your opinion? and size, is the 8525 really big?

Treo 750. I am working on getting one and I have read good things about it. My last Treo was a 650 and it was great but I am glad that Treo has a windows version now.
