Quick questions about Rogers internet service…
I'm not currently a Rogers customer but I'm thinking of signing up because I hear that their internet is far more substantial than all the rest. 5mbit DSL just isn't fast enough and I'm not going with Bell with the unlimited overage charges.
Couple questions first though:
- Assuming I'm in a DOCSIS 3 area with a compatible modem, can I call in and change my speed at any time? Are there charges for that? I'm thinking of trying out the 25/1, because I hear it is the best. Rogers’s quality is said to be the best, is this indeed true? This is what my friends and family has told me.
i'd like to know the ups and downs of ROGERS internet. is it better than Bell forsure???? I hear so. Let me know. Thanks
