Quick Physics Question, help needed?

3 cables are used to drag a heavy crate along a horizontal surface. The resultant R of the forces has a magnitude of 2800N and its line of action is the x-axis. Determine the magnitude of F1 and F3. (F1 is the top foce in the drawing and F3 is the bottom. F2 is the middle force of 1600N)
