I have no idea how to cook this.. but it looked really good so i bought it!! HAHA.. anyway, any good recipes that dont take over 2 hours to make?

This is how I make my london broil.

Take a small sharp knife and stab it all over on both sides. Make sure you stab deeply into the meat. This tenderizes the meat and allows your seasonings get into the meat. Then take fresh minced garlic (premade minced works ok too) and rub it into all those slits you just made. Next coat it in olive oil, salt and pepper. I place it on a cookie sheet with a lip around covered with aluminum foil.

Put your oven on broil. Place your top rack in the middle, not the very top.

For rare meat, cook for about 20 minutes on each side, depending on the size of your cut. Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.

Actually, London broil is tricky because you never know how tough it's going to be. In your place I'd slice it into thin pieces, marinate it in either a store bought or homemade marinade (Quick teriyaki -- equal parts soy sauce, brown sugar, and sake, sherry, or white wine. Some ginger if you have it.) Let it sit for an hour and then cook it in a frying pan. Serve with rice.
