i noticed that my internet browser (chrome) has priority over my desktop, meaning if my mouse goes to my start menu, it wont show up bc my browser is already there, idk if that makes sense. it also happens if I have WMP in the background, and I want to bring it onto my screen but my browser window is blocking it. is there a way for me to change this?
