Quick, effective energy boost's?

So i've started to dance alot lately 5 times a week..and i go to the gym once a week..
I never used to eat much at all, i could barely manage 3/4 of a average meal..now i NEVER see to NOT be hungry it's crazy,
So even though im eating loads, when i dance there's just no energy left in me! i do the steps, but there's not that spark that i used to have:/
is there anything i can eat/drink/do to get my energy back, and keep me going for about 3 hours?
