Quick Cooking Tapioca?

I am making a pie for the first time and the recipe calls for 1 tbs of Quick Cooking Tapioca. I could not find any quick cooking tapioca so I bought a box of instant pudding, Will this work?
Would the quick cooking tapioca be found in the same aisle as pudding? Maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

It's usually in the baking section, in a red box under the name Minit Tapioca.

Pudding won't work, the tapioca makes the pie less runny and absorbs all the fruit flavor so no one even knows it's in there. You can substitute it with 1 tbsp of flour plus1 tsp of cornstarch, blend them well and then put it into your filling.

I prefer the tapioca though, if you have time to go back to the store, or check another store, do it.
