Quick car audio question?

I want to get an aftermarket head unit for my 2003 Chevy impala but i have te controls on the steering wheel to control volume and other things.. will i loose all these features if i install a head unit?
 
you can get everything.. depending on the dealer if they want to do it. Where i live you need a 80 buck part off the bat otherwise your brain in the car get messed up... my BEST freind hs this happen and his car still is fucked up, can't see any lights inside the car.......at all ever

but the instalation is a bitch to do and a lot of audio shops don't like doing it... they will but you won't liek the price. You can get it. but it will cost a pretty penny to install. Just look it up and you should be fine. kk? Good luck with everything
 
Some head units accept an additional controller that will "translate" the steering buttons to the head unit. These controllers are different for each car manufacturer.
