Is this a good routine
1. 30 minutes of ball handling drills
2. 30 minutes suicides
3. 30 minutes sprints
4. 30 minutes shooting
5. 30 minutes passing, rebounding
6. 1 hour working out legs explosiveness
Is this a really good intense routine to get someone ready for college ball?
