i'm looking to tone up my abs and butt a bit for the summer. i'm not a very big girl (5'10", 130 lbs) and i'm in pretty good shape to begin with, so i don't need anything too intense, i'd just like to add a little definition. what are some quick and easy exercises i can do at home to tone up these areas? (i don't have any weights or equipment and i'm not really looking to buy any. too expensive.)
