Quick activation fee question!!!

Hi thanks for reading my post!

I currently have an LG Dare already activated and that I am using on my plan. However, I would like to use the LG Voyager. I am about to buy one on ebay, one that someone else had already activated and now is deactivated with a clear ESN for me to activate if I win it. Will I be charged an activation fee then for activating the voyager or will this be free since someone already did it before? And if it is, then will it always be free if I want to switch from my voyager to the Dare? Thanks!!!

The activation fee goes based on plan, not phone.

This means that one phone can be activated on multiple lines over its life and you would an activation fee is billed each time.

Verizon Wireless charges an activation fee of $25 ($35 in some markets) whenever activating a phone through customer service. EVERY plan that is activated is always charged an activation fee, no matter what method of activation is used. However, you can avoid an activation fee on the Voyager by using *228 option 3 (if your area supports it) or by activating it online through MyVerizon. If for some reason, one of these methods fails to work, the Verizon system shows a marker saying you tried, therefore customer service would then activate it for free.

thanks for the info does that. Mean then that I could use that number to switch between my dare and voyager free of charge?
