I bought a test kit to test my PH level. I was diagnosed with acid reflux back in February and have tried a bunch of acid meRAB throughout the past 3 years. None have worked and some actually made me feel worse. That's why I was curious to see HOW acidic my stomach was.
I just took it using my urine since the box says urine is more accurate then saliva. Immediately, the test turned bright purple color, which accordng to the package is at the opposite end of "too acidic". It says ideal PH level should be 6.5-7.5. Matching the colors, mine would be even higher then 7.5 meaking that it was too alkaline, not acidic.
Wouldn't that mean that I don't have enough acid?
