I am currently designing a web page, and I'm kind of stuck on something...well, the first of many stucks I guess...

I have a horoscope page which allows users to click on their sign to see their horoscope...
what i am wondering is..
how do i get it to where when the person clicks on watever link it is, is information from a certain page (such as, lets say, yahoos horoscope for that sign) displayed?
