How far away does one need to be to not be blinded by a flash grenade, but still look at the explosion?
Can a person not have the grenade in their vision range but still get blinded by its flash?
Does the military have eye wear that reduces the blinding effects of a flash grenade? If so, name them and how the effects are reduced.
