Questions on adobe photoshop !?

can you draw anime on it ?
if so, can you make it move, ( like animated )
is it also used for making youtube videos ?

I have AP CS3, and I do not recall that feature

Photoshop isn't for animations.

You can make it animated in CS4. It's as a gif though, so I'm not too sure about YouTube. I'm pretty sure you'd have to convert it into another format to do that. And yeah, you can draw anime. It really helps to have a tablet though; drawing with just a mouse is difficult.

it is basically based on layers,, and making the format to GIF, i'll prefer you to use GIMP, it is more easier to use than CS3 or CS4
