I'd like to get to know this legendary band a bit better, so what albums should a Zep newbie like me grab first? And what are some of the zep's "rockiest" songs?

Get the Early days/ Latter days collection. Great compilation of all types of their music. Immigrant song is a great "rocky" one, as are Whole Lotta Love, Black Dog, communication breakdown... Lots of great ones.
You can get that one collection and have pretty much teh greatest stuff by Zeppelin all in one box.

Werd. Tangerine is a great song, when the levee breaks, kashmir, gallows pole, they are all great songs. Just D/L a few and check it out.

I agree - those are some good ones, and you can get the Boxed Sets, I think there are 2.
