questions about w810i

i have some questions about w810i.

1) how the damn cucumber do you shrink the font size? its huge!

2) are system freezes usall? that requires you to remove the battery to reboot it? :(

3) how do i setup my contacts to make name, surname and nick searchable?
i tried:

name nick
surname

name
nick surname

its damn buggy, sometimes the surname is searchable and sometimes its not. and the nick is never searchable :s :(

If im correct, you can only search by the first name.

font size, i don't think its shrinkable like Nokia can.

Can because the damn cucumber phone is so small, i suppose system freezes are common if you are running too many applications at a time or your memory card is overloaded. It's a phone, not a computer
