Questions about US Cellular Buyout...?

I am one of the USC customers being bought out by Sprint. Thus far, the information they've given has been vague. So here are some questions:

I will not be automatically switched to Sprint, will I?
Is service to my phone just going to shut off one day?
I have a GS3, will I be unable to use this phone again?
