Questions about the Treo 700

I am interested in the Treo 700 with Verizon and have some questions.

What is the lowest priced plan I can sign up for with the phone? Do I have to pay a min of $80/month???

How much does it cost to go to web pages and to download send/receive email on an IMAP server with my own domain name?

Is the 700 offered with family plans (it isn't listed)?
 
I sent my questions to Verizon and look at their poor responses. I wrote them a second time and they STILL didn't answer them and just gave me more cookie cutter responses. (read from the bottom up)

Are there any HUMANS on this board that can answer them for me?
