Questions about the Gundam 08th MS Team: Anime Legends Collection

I already have the singles for this show. But I'm thinking about getting this new DVD set because I don't have the 'Miller's Report' special.

However, I remeraber that the old Miller's Report DVRAB had REALLY bad audio problems. I was forced to return the DVD when I bought it years ago because the dub was literally unbearable to listen to! And I don't remeraber the Japanese audio being any better.

So I just wanted to ask anyone here who might have this Legend Collection of 08th MS Team if the audio problems with the Miller's Report special were fixed. I've searched the net to find out but so far I haven't had any luck.
 
I don't have that specific set, but I have the previous complete collection release from 2005. I just popped in the disk and the audio for Miller's report seemed fine to me, I assume it'd be the same for this re-release.
 
Thanks for the info guys! Now I'd just like to know if Miller's Report was any good (I didn't get to see very much of it). Does it shed extra light on the story? Do you think its worth re-buying the rest of the series just to get it?
 
Tough call. It's really up to you, but I would have to say, probably not.

Miller's report is basically a movie compilation of the first 8 episodes of the series. There are new scenes between Shiro and a character named Alice Miller who (if I recall) is doing an internal investigation on Shiro to determine whether or not he is a traitor (due to his dealings with Aina). There's also some un-seen footage that had previously been used in one of the Gundam ps2 games. Overall it does add a new perspective (Alice) to the story and gives Shiro a chance to think about things before confirming his resolve. It's been awhile since I've seen it so I can't say anything very specific outside of that, here is the Anime News Network review if you're interested.
