ok i no that is wrong above me, but i don't no how to say it, ok so tomorrow im taking my car to the brake and muffler shop to go get my car tested to see if it has a bad cat, so if it does i was thinking about cutting it off and replacing it with pipe, but idk yet, like if it is bad

if you driving down the road can a cop pull you over for having your car to loud? (( im goin to put something on the muffler so it looks like it is all suped up lol ))
also is it illegal or legal in illinois to have your cat off?

its just that i realy dont want the cat off, but im a teenager trying to make car payments and i cant afford crap unless it is out of a junk yard (( my junk yard wont sell me a cat )) so im just trying to do it the cheap way for now, thank you
