Hi there, in yesterday's class I was taught how to do castigada, planeo, and another step whose name I cannot remember but which includes first basic steps 1 to 5, and then the guys advances a little staying in his own position and comes back staying in his own position and the guy and the girl sort of "kick" each other, or rather form a cross with their legs. Where can I find a good video demo nstration for this steps for free ? If it is in youtube, could you give me the link ?
