My husband and I are considering moving to the State College area in the upcoming year. We have two children, three and 18-months, and would like feedback on the school district and what area to concentrate on for the best elementary/Pre-K schools. Also, feedback on the area as a whole would be helpful, i.e. specific towns, activities for kids, pros/cons, shopping, crime, etc... Thank you so much
