Questions about starting a new semi-garden for the first time:?

I've planted perenials, there are only 6 plants total in the area that is below the window with the bushes.... anyways they are medium to tall. The medium ones that are yellow, there are all falling flat, and the purple ones are standing straight up like they're supposed to, but the yellow ones are falling flat just like your hair does on your head... why is that? ALSO there are TONS of bees, and when I water them (I used miracle grow) I'm afraid the bees are going to attack me. They were never there before, I know it's because of the flowers. What do I do about this so I can water the flowers?
 
The bees are your friends. They are polinating your flowers. This is natural. When they are done they will move on to another area to do their valuable work. We need bees for our food chain.

Water early in the AM or late in the PM, not in the heat of thne day.

Don't over water. Check the soil for moistness.

I use a screw driver or a trowel to check for moistness of the soil.
Don't let it get too dry and don't over water.
