They used to have phones running on a whole bunch of different OSs. Windows Mobile was one of them, Symbian and that's pretty much all I know. But with the latest, they all run Android (they became more successful after doing so). All Android phones (that I know of) has Wi-Fi, so all the latest Motorola phone do have it.
