I'm 17 and I just started a MMA class and frankly I was embarassed. My cardio is so bad that I was winded within an hour and I had to stop and take a break because I felt like puking. The other students thought it was pathetic and so did the instructor. I'm coming back to class next week, is there anything that I can do to improve my cardio before I come back? I'm willing to train as hard as it takes.
I thought I was in good shape, I'm skinny and I thought I was strong but these guys blow me out of the water.
I was considering maybe doing wind sprints every day and biking? Is there any excersises that can improve my cardio quickly?
