I'm 17 and I am thinking of joining the military to pay for my college because I am planning to be a doctor. Will the military give me enough money for college or medical school and if I decide to join the army can I decide to study there and be a medic while I serve in the military and will it help me on my career as a doctor? And lastly is joining the military for school money worth it?

the military could pay for it u could be a medic that wil help alot join rotc u will go 2 colloge and the army at the same time

Yes to all. To get the best medical training in the military you will want to be a Navy FMF Corpsman (8404) or if you are or can get extremely physically fit and have a brain like a bear trap then shoot for Army MOS 18D (SF).

I would suggest looking into the guard, you will have more time to focus on your studies in college considering your only part time and yes you can deploy but deployment is not as high as active army... but you still can be deployed. You will have to check with your national guard recruiter on what they pay for but in my state of new york they pay college in full.
