Questions about court and charges?

I was arrested recently and received a letter from the court to appear next week. Is the office and the detective that filled out the charges going to be there?

Probably but you can ask for a postponement if you don't have legal counself~~or defend yourself~~good luck

If you plead not guilty they will be at your trial.
