Questions about college financially?

Okay, so I'm currently a junior in high school and will be taking the ACT/SAT soon. I'm planning on becoming a Physician in the future but I don't know if that is possible. My parents earn minimum wage and they're close to retiring. Medical school I know isn't cheap and I don't have any scholarships at the moment. Is it at all possible for me to still become a Physician? If it matters, my GPA is 3.2 and my estimated ACT score is between 24-27.
Also, about how much financial aid can I get?
 
i don't know anything about you becoming a physician, but I do know that fastweb.com has many scholarships that you can apply for, especially for that field. Its an extremely helpful website!
