1 - partrige, grouse, deer, moose, bear, turkey, rabbit, any small game.
2 - Ask Bear grylles (depends where you are in Canada)
3 - both. You can navigate most of canada by canoe and portage if you wanted. Other than saskatchwen and the far north there are plentiful lakes, rivers, streams and interconnecting bodies of water. We have the most fresh water in the world.
4 - Not much. Im guessing about 5%. It's basically only heavily populated within a hundred or so kilometers of the american border. After that it is very scare population.
5 - Uh yes, the fact that it is a forest entails that it is unpopulated. Canada is full of water and wilderness. There are endless lists of uninhabitat river chains.
6 - i believe you mean throw, and no. Although almost all lakes have fish in them you do not catch fish instantly... unless you're at a trout pond. You have to work to catch fish, although it is fun. Some lakes in southern areas are acidified from acid rain and are no longer inhabitable by marine life. Also you cant do that half the year because most lakes are frozen. Ice fishing is rather unproductive.
7 - If you know anything about fishing it is relatively easy to catch fish. There more you know, the better your chances are at achieving better quality and quanity of your catch. I have almost never caught nothing while fishing but i have fished all my life.
Canada is a rather wild and untamed place outside of the city. Not really dangerous, but there is a vast amount of diversity in the species and geography of Canada due to our shear amount of land. We have all landscapes from from mountain ranges, to rainforests in BC, to praries. We have the largest land predator in the world (grizzly bear). Many, many species of wildlife that can be easily observed and documented of you know where to look in our vast country. We have more lakes and fresh water than any other country.
Hope this helps with whatever you need it for.
