Questions about Ancient/Imperial Chinese history?

What is the last dynasty in China that was ruled by the Han? I know that the Qing dynasty was Manchu-lead. But why do we not see more Manch influence on Chinese culture?
And what is the difference between the Mongol and the Manchu?
And what are some differences between the Han culture and the Manchurian culture? ie architecture, clothing
