Questions about a 1989 Honda Hawk for sale?

This guy is selling one for 2500. It has a "Jet Kit & Uni Air Filters." It has 20,000 miles, but the owner claims has a newer 14,000 mile engine. What are the Jet Kit & Uni Air Filters? Is the price too high? Should I be concerned about the engine? Any other feedback is appreciated.

Also, if I do decide to buy it, what problems and issues should I look for?
 
In my opinion I believe the original engine should have lasted much longer than 20K miles and I believe any repaired or rebuilt engine is considered a temporary repair and none are as ever good as the engine when the bike was new.
I believe he's selling it cause it has a serious engine problem and another thing to think of is its possible Honda has discontinued many replacement parts for a bike that old.
go will a newer model bike, ( I know of a used 2003 Honda 919 with only 4800 miles for sale for $2900)
