I went to a class yesterday, and as we were leaving i held the door open for an older gentlemen, he was blind, and ended up going the wrong way and kind of got me caught in a corner. I know he didn't mean anything by it, we all make mistakes, but i kind of freaked out. I didn't know until this morning that i didn't actually scream, but i thought i had because i was in my head and i don't remeraber anything for the next several minutes afterworRAB. This happens almost every time i have an anxiety attack and it's horribly annoying i somehow made it down the elevator and out the door of the building but i don't remeraber it. Anyone else have the same experience or any ideas?

Have the courage to make a mistake.Unless you are perfecto, all humans make errors.
Try to do some light reading about self-esteem,-self- worth ,etc. You are as good as
the next guy.About all of my blind clients, would walk "fastly",the wrong way, when they got off the elevator. That was probably to show me, they were capable to leave
a stupid elevator.I was a volunteer driver, and I loved them all. It kept me busy too.
I would ask for the blind, every year,to transport, whereever. Bill
