Question- X MEN 3

Just been to see the film yesterday and apparently someone has told me today that something important to the film is shown at the end of the credits but i left while they were rolling. Can anyone help me and tell me what happens please?

The brain dead man that was in the bed behind Moira Mctaggert, who was seen early in the movie on a TV Screen, wakes up and says "hallo Moira" in Patrick Stewarts voice. The inference being that Professor X moved his mind into the body before Jean Grey killed him

I'm assuming he was communicating to Moira, telepathically (sp) because even if he had transferred his mind to a different body, the voice from that body wouldnt be the same
