Long ago, I've asked a question on here if I needed to read a lot in order to be a good writer. About 99% of you claimed that in order to succeed in the art of writing I have to read lots of books to understand what good literature really is.
Because of you lot, I became incredibly discouraged since I don't read often. You made me believe I wasn't good enough.
For my University Technology course, I was asked to create a science fiction story (I know random for a science course right?)
I got the best mark in the class and my professor is in love with my story.
Explain that?
>_>
For H.P. Lovecraft: Actually, my story wasn't scientific at all, considering I'm horrible at science and this is a mandatory course. Frankly, I thought I was going to fail since it didn't have any technological depth.
Also, I'm very vulnerable when it comes to my writing, maybe that is why I was so easily swayed.
