it's been known if you're a 3rd party company, i mean (EA,UBISOFT,CAPCOM, ETC) you need to have an agreement with it. so for example: If you gonna make a game for the (PS3) you need to have a previeus pact i mean a contract with SONY and so on, If you gonna make it for the (XBOX 360) you need contract as well with (MICROFT) that's it, everythings clear. so if i'd like to make one for the (PC) with whom should i get the agreement or pact or even the contract for doing it? is there any regulations for that or not, i just make my games and just port it to the pc without havin' any contract? if someone nows PLEASE tell me.
