Question regarding fish oil/ flax oil and working out.?

Ok, So I lift and run 4 to 6 days a week along with extra-curricular activities like Frisbee and surfing. My question is how much fish oil should one take if they are trying to cut even more weight or to increase overall muscle size. I'm 6'1 185 21% BMI, I've switched over to high-reps low weight to try and cut my muscle and run about 4-6 miles, is there some sort of concentrated powder? The most I've seen at GNC, Lindberg nutrition and Vitamin Shoppe, etc.. is 1000mg-1200mg. Anyway thanks for all you input!
