Question regarding Ebay and the N95

Hey all,

Question, when you do a search on ebay for the N95 it appears that some people are actually selling them.... Now if it hasn't been released are these people selling betas? Or has this phone been released somewhere and that is what they are selling?

Also will the N95 be available in black as well?

If a phone is not available + and they claim to sell it=?
Are you really going waste your money on that? Even if it is a pre-production model?
 
No, they are probably selling boxes with bricks in them. Don't get fooled. Wait for Nokia to actually release the device.

Notice how those sellers probably have no previous selling history of the device.
 
I don't get irritated by threads like these when people ask about N95 scams. It's completely understandable to want it to be available now and wanting those auctions to be reliable. But we all know the hard truth. . .Not til 2010 or so. . .
 
Thanks for the replies guys, I pretty much knew the answer myself.. But I figured what the hell and ask.. Maybe something was known that I didnt know right? But cool, thanks again for all the help..

Im thinking of getting the N80, but wanted to make absolutely sure that the N95 wasnt out and that I didnt miss anything..
