Question regarding Blackberry and chancing phone provider. Would appriciate help

The phone is a Blackberry Curve 8320, i received it from my brother who has T-Mobile. Can i convert this phone to AT&T (my provider)? If so, will it still be able to do all of it's capabilities? All help is wanted!!

You need to get it unlocked. Ask your brother to call T-mobile for the code. They should provide it. Or you can try one of the services on the internet, I have no idea how reliable the different services are, or how much they cost.
After it is unlocked, I think you should be able to get full service on it, of course it has to register on both ATT's and Blackberry's network in order to work.
