Hi. I am a 38yr. old female with 3 children and recently had a physical. I went in for the physical because I have been having headaches. I had a numbness feeling in my head for 5 days straight and my doctor told me it was from clenching my teeth when I am stressed. (I also have TMJ) He put me on naproxen and I do feel better. I am trying to take steps to not clench and to not get so stressed. My physical results were all great. I don't know numbers but the nurse said everything was good (thyroid, liver, kidneys, sugar) My cholesterol was 135, blood pressure all good, etc. I am also 5'8 and 130 pounds. I eat healthy and work out 6 days a week. The only thing that bothers me is that my white blood cell level was slightly decreased...they said it was so slight that we didn't have to worry about it...but I am the type that does worry.....(I know...stress) I do get tired (Dr. said from being a busy mom) and dizzy once in awhile (Dr. said from the headaches) and I also get headaches but they are better than they had been. Just wondering if anyone knows anymore about this and why my count was just a little bit low. Im not overly concerned since my doctor wasn't but ofcourse any input would be helpful. thx!
