If you need to dump out the capsules contents, just measure out the right portion, lick your finger and stick into mouth. It will work. And be sure to drink some liquid.

PS Just a little FYI for anyone who writes a longer post... I always take a minute to "Select All", and then "Copy." That way if there is a problem, the post is still available and you only need to hit "Paste" when trying it again.
