Honda dealer says I should have them install remote start on my vehicle (at a higher cost than other retailers) since 'those others' rarely do it right and there are usually complications. Is this true, or is he just trying to scare me into buying his higher-priced service? Also; if I go with some other installer than Honda, will this violate my extended warrantee in any way?
